Hydraulic swivel function
The Sieger Drain-Jet Hydraulic Special is the professional drain cleaner for the demanding user. The machine has all the advantages and the large cleaning capacity of the Drain-Jet S, yet this machine also has a hydraulic swivel function for the guide arm. This makes it even easier to manoeuvre the drain cleaner into the desired position in front of the drain pipe.
Besides sideways swivel, the other functions, such as fold-in/fold-out, height adjustment, and extension/retraction can also be operated hydraulically. The simple operation of the hydraulic system with the three hydraulic motors also provides stepless, controlled feed-in and retraction of the flushing hose.
The drain cleaner is built with high quality components and is ergonomically designed for operation by a single person.
Capacity for optimal cleaning
Thanks to the large capacity of the powerful piston diaphragm pump, the low recommended speed of 350 to 370 rpm puts more than enough water in the system for optimal cleaning of the drain pipes. Sieger recommends a water pressure of 30 to 35 bar, which results in a working pressure of just under 10 bar at the flexibly mounted cleaner nozzle. This prevents erosion of the ground around the drain pipe, while the drainage system itself is thoroughly cleaned.

Four drive wheels
The Sieger drain cleaner is fitted standard with four drive wheels and two hydraulic motors. The double drive power and even pressure distribution provide good control and slip-free drive of the 500-metre flushing hose.
Powerful water pump
The powerful Comet high pressure piston diaphragm pump has a considerable maximum capacity of 142 litres per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 50 bar. The pump has proven itself to be efficient and reliable for cleaning drain pipes.
Hydraulic swivel function
Standard on HS model. Hydraulic sideways swivel makes it simple to manoeuvre the drain cleaner to the desired position. Large freedom of movement, because the tractor does not have to be located directly in front of the drain pipe.
Automatic Drive Stop
ADS is a fully mechanical function found on the drive system. It can be adjusted so the drive stops or decelerates automatically in response to any resistance in the drain pipe, while the flushing function of the nozzle simply continues.
500-metre HPE flushing hose

Compact hose reel

Replacement of drive wheel with bearing
When the drive wheels of the drain cleaner are worn or damaged they must be replaced. This will extend the service life of both the drive system and the flushing hose.

Replacement of flexible hose 106901BP072
The cleaner nozzle of the Sieger drain cleaner is mounted on a flexible hose. This arrangement results in automatic centring of the cleaner nozzle in the drain pipe. When the flexible hose becomes damaged it will no longer function properly and must be replaced.

The glide strips in the guide arm and drain-shaft arch of the drain cleaner provide low-friction guidance of the flushing hose. When a guide strip is worn or damaged it must be replaced in order to ensure good operation and a long service life of the flushing hose.

Shortening the flushing hose
When the foremost section of the flushing hose (106901BP315, 106901BP400 or 106901BP500) is damaged it can be shortened. Make sure the remaining length will be long enough to clean your drain pipes.
